🌿 Clear the Yard
– Please ensure the lawn is free of debris, toys, hoses, and pet waste before our visit.
– Why? Debris can be dangerous when hit by a trimmer or mower.
– If we need to do a major cleanup, a $50 debris fee will be added to your visit.

If your visit includes weed control:

Keep kids and pets off the lawn for 12 hours after application.

🌧️ Fertilizer Watering Tips
If your visit includes fertilizer, watering is key:

– Water for 30 minutes the day of treatment
– Then 20 minutes daily for the next 3–4 days to help activate and absorb the nutrients
